GPMM-OM (Groupe des Partenaires pour la Mobilité métropolitaine Opérations et Maintenance)

QQLF supports GPMMOM in the planning and execution of the mobilization for the western segment of the Réseau Express Métropolitain (REM), an automated passenger transport system of the G0A4 type. Among the services and achievements provided, the following are included:

• Development and implementation of a mobilization plan.
• Management and coordination of third-party work.
• Planning and coordination of training.
• Management of infrastructure, equipment, and system transfers.
• Support to the teams for the mobilisation of the new lines.
• Communication and follow-up with the client and third parties.
• Audit of the Rail Safety Management System.

TransEd

QQLF work end to end with TransEd’s team and their partner in Edmonton to not only establish an automated performance and payment mechanism in one of the most complex contractual performance calculations but also were a key player in the final phase of the testing leading to service demonstration and start of the Revenue Services.

CAD Railway Industries

QQLF is supporting CAD Railway Industries across several key areas, including:

• Acting as a strategic advisor on the Services Bid Project.
• Preparing a successful bid for one of the largest service contracts in North America.
• Providing support for project mobilization.
• Establishing a technical training program utilizing animated schematics.
• Supporting IS/IT integration efforts.
• Delivering technical support from our locomotive experts.

ArcelorMittal

QQLF is currently supporting ArcelorMittal in Contrecoeur, Quebec, to enhance the availability of their locomotives, ensure regulatory compliance, and support rail maintenance infrastructure. Our services are designed to help ArcelorMittal achieve their objectives and solidify their position as an industry leader. These services include:

• Management support and strategic advisory.
• Development and implementation of a customized training program, incorporating Virtual Reality for locomotive operations, locomotives maintenance and maintenance of way.
• Onsite technical support provided by our electrical and mechanical experts.

TTA Transit Air LLC

QQLF supported the optimisation of the HVAC Assembly as well as trucks/Bogies for TTA Transit Air. By analysing the overall process, we were able to quickly identify waste as well as opportunities of improvement resulting in productivity and quality improvement.
